Learn to dance at your own pace! BDS is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or ability. We offer individual and group classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced through personalized attention that will help you improve and learn more than one dance style and technique in much less time.
Our classes are a great way to increase your self-confidence, improve your flexibility and strength, reduce stress and anxiety, improve your communication skills, and build stronger.

Choose your favorite rhythm among the many different Latin styles out there and we will patiently teach it to you according to your level and ability.

Latin dance is just fun! It's a great way to let loose and enjoy. You can take class alone, as a couple or in a group with family and/or friends. All ages and levels are welcome!
At home dance lessons
Schedule lessons around your busy schedule at your own convenience, without having to travel to a dance studio. You can learn in a private setting, without feeling self-conscious.
